Minelys Sanchez, LMHC (she/her)

Minelys Sanchez is a bilingual (English and Spanish) Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Massachusetts. Minelys holds a Master’s in Education, Mental Health Counseling from Cambridge College, Massachusetts, and has gained a vast amount of therapy experience over the years. Minelys specializes in working with adults, children, and adolescents, in both individual and family therapy settings. Minelys works, mostly with Spanish speaking families, children, and adolescents that are struggling with: trauma, depression, defiant behavior, anxiety, anger, isolation, etc. She has a certification in alcohol and drug abuse, a certification in trauma for children and adolescents who have been victims of sexual abuse and a certification in mindfulness. Minelys’ therapeutic approaches preferential include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Therapy and Reality Therapy. In her personal space, Minelys enjoys reading and writing novels, short stories and poetry. She also likes to walk and dance Zumba.
