    Colleen Woodward, LCSW (she/her)

    Colleen Woodward is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and received her Masters in Social Work from Long Island University in 2020. Colleen started her therapy career in NYC where she worked in both residential treatment facilities and private group practice until making the move to MA. 

    Colleen works with teens and adults experiencing challenges including anxiety, depression, life transitions, substance use, relationship issues, and trauma. She has worked in various inpatient and outpatient settings, as well as, adolescent education both in a counselor and teacher role. Colleen’s goal is to work collaboratively with her clients while drawing on CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), and other strengths-based approaches. Colleen creates a space that is judgment-free, caring, safe, and one where humor is always welcome. 

    Whether it is your first time in therapy or you are starting again, Colleen is here to meet you where you are and support you through your healing journey. She is passionate about normalizing therapy and discussions around mental health and works to support you in gaining the confidence and resilience needed to get through life’s hurdles. Colleen is an ally of BIPoC and LGBTQIA+ communities and welcomes clients from all backgrounds. Colleen looks forward to working with you!
