Her therapeutic and educational background includes years of experience in behavior management, trauma studies, family and individual counseling, and sociology. Some of her skills include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavior Management, Crisis Interventions, Mindfulness Training, and Positive Psychology Interventions. Cassie takes a Rogerian approach where she wants her clients to guide their own therapy as well as establish their own goals and trust for treatment.
Cassie has always been drawn to the helping profession and knew from a young age that she was going to work with people to help. She has an authentic devotion to every one of her clients and to witness, with them, their realistic goals reached and true selves become a part of existence. Cassie takes pride in creating a comfortable and non-judgmental atmosphere within the therapeutic process of conversations between her and her clients. She admires the human connection through communication and the learning she experiences from clients of all different ages, abilities, culture, and perspective. She awaits the opportunity to support you or your loved one on their mental health wanderings.
