Alyssa LoGrasso, LCSW (she/her)
Alyssa LoGrasso is a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW). She received her MSW degree from Salem State University and her BA in psychology and theater arts from Clark University.
Alyssa has previously worked with children and adolescents on the autism spectrum. She has worked in prenatal and postpartum mental healthcare, as well as with survivors of sexual trauma and those experiencing serious mental illness. She has worked in schools, homes, community clinics, and medical settings.
Alyssa’s approach to therapy incorporates dialectical behavior therapy, mindfulness, and somatic-based techniques that help people develop a stronger connection between the mind and body. Being in nature and with animals can be a powerful way to strengthen that connection, build meaningful relationships, and experience the present moment. Alyssa enjoys creating a calm, non-judgmental space where clients can share their stories and learn more about themselves. Always meeting the client where they are in their healing journey, she helps clients identify their strengths, build resilience, and work toward their identified goals to achieve greater wellbeing. Alyssa welcomes clients of all ages, genders, sexuality, and cultural backgrounds.
